15 For Me® is a scientifically validated stress reduction solution for the workplace. The program includes a web-based application that allows employees/caregivers and residents to reduce their stress by taking up to 15-minutes a day to engage in wellness focused activities. The participants have an opportunity to select a cardio, cognitive or centered breathing (meditation) exercise to complete each day.
