We offer other ways in which you can take advantage of this excellent marketing opportunity. Conference Resource Table: Maximize your visibility and reach at the conference by participating in our Resource Table. This exclusive opportunity allows you to distribute your company’s marketing materials, such as sales cards, flyers, brochures, and other promotional items, directly to conference attendees.

Sponsorships:
Becoming a sponsor of the 2026 NAAP conference is the strongest and most influential effort you can make to reinforce your commitment to the Activity Profession. It lets our members know that you are a true supporter of their continuing education and professional development. Sponsorship provides funds for general conference costs, helping cover expenses for food, entertainment, and audio-visual equipment. Sponsorship submissions must be received by March 1, 2026, to be included in the conference printing.
As a sponsor you will receive:
- Exposure to all conference attendees.
- Attendee email list post-conference
Provide Door Prizes:
Your complimentary products and services can be given out for door prize winners during the exhibit hall opening. We ask that donations have a value of $25 or more. Items need to be brought to the hotel or shipped. Please contact office@naap.info for details and instructions.

Each booth allows for up to two people. Pricing after February 15, 2026, is subject to space availability.
NAAP Exhibitor Policy
Cancellation and Refund Policy:
Conference Cancellation by NAAP: In the unlikely event that NAAP cancels the conference, all exhibitors will receive a full refund, less the Stripe processing fees from the original transaction. Exhibitor Cancellation: If you need to cancel your registration, please do so before March 1, 2026. Refunds are rare and subject to a processing fee. Cancellations before this date will be considered on a case-by-case basis, and refunds will incur a processing fee. No Refunds After Deadline: Please be aware that after March 1, 2026, we cannot offer any refunds. We recommend reviewing your plans carefully and reaching out to us if you have any questions about this policy.Hotel Information:

Please note – exhibitor registration is applicable only to vending
and attending meals on the day of the event April 28, 2026.
Vendors will not have access to conference sessions unless registered separately.
