2024 Exhibit Schedule

Wednesday, April 17, 2024

  • 11:00AM to 8:00PM Vendors OPEN
  • 11:00AM to 1:00PM – Vendor Spotlight & Lunch
  • 8:00PM – Vendor Breakdown

We offer other ways in which you can take advantage of this excellent marketing opportunity. These include:

  • Registration Packet Flyer: Your one-page flyer can be inserted in each conference registration packet. Flyers and payment need to be sent to the designated location by March 15, 2024. The NAAP office will provide all vendors with shipping address.

Becoming a sponsor of the 2024 NAAP conference is the strongest and most influential effort you can make to reinforce your commitment to the Activity Profession.  It lets our members know that you are a true supporter of their continuing education and professional development.  

As a sponsor you will receive: 

  • Free Advertising on the NAAP website for one (1) full year.
  • Vendor Spotlight exposure to all conference attendees.  
  • Attendee email list post-conference

Provide Door Prizes:

  • Door Prizes: Your complimentary products and services can be given out for door prize winners during the exhibit hall opening. We ask that donations have a value of $25 or more. Items need to be brought to the hotel or shipped by March 15, 2024.

  • Non-Profit $300.00

After March 15, 2024

  • For Profit $600.00
  • Non-Profit $400.00

NAAP Exhibitor Policy

Cancellation Policy: With written notification one-month prior to the month of the conference (March 15, 2024) exhibitor is entitled to a refund of 1/2 of exhibit fees. No refunds will be issued after that date.   Non-profit companies must send in federal tax identification number providing non-profit status. Companies failing to provide this information will be invoiced for the for-profit fee. The exhibitor indemnifies and agrees to hold harmless the National Association of Activity Professionals and the Embassy Suites and their officers, directors, employees, and agents, from and against any action, losses, costs, damages, claims, and expenses (including attorney fees) arising from any damage to property or bodily injury to exhibitor, his agents, representatives, or employees by reason of the exhibitors’ occupancy or use of the exhibition facilities.

Please note – exhibitor registration is applicable only to vending
and attending meals on the day of the event April 16 – 17, 2024.
Vendors will not have access to conference sessions unless registered separately.
