Cancellation and Refund Policy*

Conference Cancellation by NAAP: If NAAP cancels the 2027 conference, all exhibitors will receive a full refund.
Exhibitor Cancellation: If you need to cancel, please do so before March 1, 2027. Refunds before this date are rare, considered on a case-by-case basis, and will incur a processing fee.
No Refunds After March 1, 2027: Cancellations received after this date are not eligible for a refund.
