Guidebook for Care Planning – FREE Resource

Over the last two years, Moving Forward Coalition committee members came together to prioritize recommendations from The National Imperative to Improve Nursing Home Quality (2022 NASEM Report), develop action plans, and begin the hard work of achieving them.  Alisa Tagg, NAAP Association Director has worked with the Moving Forward Coalition on developing the guidebook for care planning and using goals, preferences, and priorities. The guidebook has been released to the public.
