Prior to February 1, 2027-$1,200 that includes ONE conference registration with vending space that includes 6′ Table, 2 chairs, electricity , wifi.
Do you have a second person joining you at your Booth?  The cost for that second person is $599 and includes conference registration for that person.

All names, emails will be collected on the Exhibitor Registration Form

After February 1, 2027- $1,800 for One Exhibitor.  (The second exhibitor at that booth will be $599)

Exhibitor Schedule:
Monday, April 12, 2027 Exhibitor Set up 2:00 – 6:00 PM
Monday, April 12, 2027 Exhibitor Open Showcase & Welcome Reception 6:30 – 8:00 PM
Tuesday, April 13, 2027 Exhibitors open between 8:00 – 3:00 with exclusive times 10:45-11:30 AM and 2:15-3:00 PM

Unable to be with us in Minnesota? 
We offer the Conference Resource Table to maximize your visibility and reach at the conference on our Resource Table. This exclusive opportunity allows you to distribute your company’s marketing materials, such as sales cards, flyers, brochures and other promotional items directly to the conference attendees.  Cost:   $300 prior to February 1, 2027 and $450 after February 1, 2027.  Items must arrive via post at the Hotel by April 11, 2027.  Complete the Exhibitor Registration form. 

Cancellation and Refund Policy:

Conference Cancellation by NAAP:

• In the unlikely event that NAAP cancels the conference, all exhibitors will receive a full refund, less the Stripe processing fees from the original transaction.
• Exhibitor Cancellation:
  • If you need to cancel your registration, please do so before March 1, 2027. Refunds are rare and subject to a processing fee.
  • Cancellations before this date will be considered on a case-by-case basis, and refunds will incur a processing fee.
  • No Refunds After Deadline: Please be aware that after March 1, 2027, we cannot offer any refunds. We recommend reviewing your plans carefully and reaching out to us if you have any questions about this policy.
