Winter storms as well as fall and summer hurricanes can be brutal and cause havoc for your senior home. More often than not, employees from all departments suffer from being short-staffed. One major concern for caregivers with children is how they will be taken care of. Recently owners from care homes have found it beneficial for children of employees to stick out the storms at our facilities.
