LeadingAge Kentucky is a membership association whose members include nursing facilities, personal care, intermediate care facilities for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, assisted living, independent housing units, continuing care retirement communities and multi-facility agencies offering direct care to the elderly and disabled.
