We are all aware that there are different levels of conflict that occur in the workplace; every day. In fact, conflict goes hand-in-hand with significant levels of misunderstanding that can exaggerate perceived disagreements. As Activity Professionals, we must understand and begin working through these levels, so that we can then begin successfully leading and helping others build solid productive working relationships.
